Background sending functionality in Work Manager 6.3

Hi Experts,

We are using Assignment type 4 for downloading the work orders to the application.

We want to enable background sending functionality for creating new work orders and operations.When a user add's an Operation to the existing work order, after the completion of the transaction, the operation number should be automatically updated to the Work Order.

Kindly suggest.Thanks in advance.

The Agentry platform allows for an application developer to enable background sending for transactions if you are in a stay connected scenario. However, given that Work Manager does transaction bundling it is not as simple as checking the box to enable background sending. You will need to review the transactions you want to send and make changes to have them generate transactions when the change is made versus when the transmit is initiated. This is possible but will need you to make customization changes to your Work Manager application.
