There certain list of Open TR with reference to Production order in Tcode LB13. We need to setup background to convert TR to TO.

LB13 is a dialog transaction, not a report one, so you can't really run it in background. Here is how transfer order creation can be automated with RLAUTA10 report: Automatic Creation of TOs for Transfer Requirement
