Hi ,
Currently working on cross docking with quality inspection .
Stock is received as Q3 -quality inspection stock type . Product is moved from door to gr-zone and then into quality bin . (8020) . Quality is completed and the stock type changes from q3 to f1 stock type .
An outbound delivery is created for the same quantity as the inbound . I have maintained all the necessary configuration and activated the OPD( opportunistic cross docking ) .
stock determination, product groups ,picking sequence .
The system is showing an difference the available quantity and physical quantity . I have attached the screen shot for reference . Here the system is showing available quantity is 7 ea. and quantity (physical ) it is showing 1,039 . They are no open tasks for the same I have checked the same . what can be the issue , why it is not showing in available quantity and why it is showing in quantity .
