Available stock split by PWR document

Hi All,

My requirement is to be able to move stock from the production supply area to another bin before it is released (single order staging). Sometimes the same material and batch has been staged to multiple orders, and as in image below available stock is aggregated to document type PWR level (1 quant, 24 EA) and not split by document number as in physical stock (8 rows with 3 EA per document). This makes it impossible to move stock for a specific PWR document to the warehouse which leads to problem when stock is mixed up and should be released or consumed. Are there any settings for the PSA Storage type or process type which will split the available stock per PWR document? Or is it possible to move stock for a specific document in any way in EWM?

The reason is that operators only have access to RF handheld devices and are using RF reverse consumption followed by RF Adhoc product WT, release step is carried out later...

Hi Mikael,

I have following options at first sight.

• you can use HUs in your picking process to split stock and make it easier.
• you can use /scwm/post to perform movement, there stock should be split if I remember right
• you can use /scwm/pack there as well stock should be split by document + you can select stock by document number

Thanks for your reply.

I have checked your suggestions and most probably we will handle it using /scwm/pack to create a new HU which can be moved back to the warehouse. Would had been nice to be able to select using manufacturing order instead of PMR document as this is the reference in the RF transactions but at least a way forward to select the right stock to return to warehouse 🙂
