Automatic replenishment creats incorrect quantity

Hi,

I started to maintain fix bins, and material master so bins are with correct min, max and replen qty. In a process I spotted that for some materials automatic replenishment is created incorrect.

Example:

For sap code: xxx

Full pallet quantity is 88

Max qty: 100

Min qty: 12

Control qty: 87

Replenish qty: 88

Warehouse uses multiple storage types.

So after last sales orders TO confirmation, automatic replen generated 2 TO's with qty 12 from 2 different storage bins in which there were full pallets of 88, but replen should not be triggered, because after picking in fixed bin was done, there was left 67 item.

I have monitored and found multiple materials with this issue some of materials are not triggered from 2 bins, but with random quantity from one bin.

I have checked all and can't think of what could cause this issue.

How I mentioned material master is set up correctly, so if bin quantity drops under 12 sap should trigger 319 movement for qty 88 from one single storage bin if there is full pallet of 88.
