If the standard logic doesn't meet your requirements, you can implement a custom one with the MM61W001 SMOD enhancement as described in the note 351240 - Customer-specific calculation of reorder point/safety stock

Your comments are very concise - you just say "it doesn't work" but you don't say precisely what doesn't work, how it works vs your expectations, you don't say what you have checked etc. You need to be more cooperative if you expect help from the community.
