Automatic Purchase Requisition from Manual Reservation

Is there any possibility in SAP S4Hana Cloud Public Edition to create automatic Purchase Requisition from Manual Reservation if stock was out?

So Manual Reservation cannot be connected to Purchase Requisition?

A reservation creates a requirement. If the requirement can't be covered by stock, MRP planning will generate a procurement proposal. The requirement and the procurement proposal are linked with requirements pegging in case of anonymous stock or with a special stock number.
