Automatic Packing of Inbound Delivery in EWM - Nested HU creatioon

Hi Team,

I have pack spec for a product in 2 levels,

1st CASE level 80LB a BAG,

2nd PALLET Level is 25BAG (2000LB)a PALLET.

Both levels have HU creation checked. During Auto IBD packing of 2080LBs, I get 2 HUs - 1PAL HU of 25BAG, 1BAG HU of 80LB which is my expectation. But my 1PAL HU is created as a Nested HU with 25 Child HUs of BAG. In this case of 2080LB IBD, my requirement is to just create a single pallet HU of 25BAG(not a nested HU) and a BAG HU of 80LB.

Since HU creation is checked in CASE level as well, system creates with BAG HU as Child HUs, anyways to avoid Nested HU creation in packspec settings?

Per your screenshot, there is a "HU Creation" checkbox at the CASE level. Please remove and try the scenario again.

Hi Raju,

If i remove the HU creation check at CASE level, for the partial 80LB also, Pallet pack material will be auto proposed which is wrong. But my requirement is to have Pallet HU for Full pallet quantity (2000LB) and BAG CASE HU for 80LB quantity via 0IBD procedure.
