Automatic Packing during Inbound Process in SAP EWM

Dear Experts,

I am trying to do Automatic packing for Inbound Process in SAP EWM 9.5 .I have done all the necessary configuration settings.But when I am creating Packspec and clicking on HU Check it shows below message

Message no. /SCWM/HUGENERAL157

Also when I am trying to activate this it shows message as below.Can you please suggest what is the issue here.Thanks.

HU-Check failed, Packspec 10000033 cannot be activated
