Hi,
I transfered the initial batch of materials manually via BD10 from ECC to decentral S/4 EWM. What would be the ideal/standard way to automate material transfer when a new material is created for this particular storage location in ECC?
Regards,
Tim

Hi,
you activate change pointers for your message type and evaluate them via a batch job. This transfers changes and new created materials.

And it is EWM. NOT eWM - Duh!
And if your question includes the word "transfer order" - do NOT tag the question with Extended Warehouse Management!

Hi Tim,
do you know the "how to guide" for the integration to decentralized EWM? There also initial data transfer and transfer of changes are explained. You can find it in the release information note as attachement.
For S/4 HANA 1909 this is for example the note:
2840129-Release information and restrictions of Decentralized EWM on S/4HANA 1909
( Note 2775345 for SAP S/4HANA 1809; Note 2938308
for SAP S/4HANA 2020)
Best regards
Markus
