Automatic goods recipt issue

Hi Team,

Automatic goods receipt is not happening against collective orders for our child material confirmation, 101 movement is greyed out in co11n. Even the control key is PP03 where the automatic goods receipt should be done. Our scenario is we have 2 materials, One is FG and other one is SFG which we assigned to FG BOM. Now we have created a production order for FG material and SFG order also has been created. Next step is to do the confirmation of SFG material where Automatic goods receipt should happen as we have assigned PP03 control key routing but now am not able to do the automatic goods receipt for SFG materials as am getting an error order is part of collective order.

Hello,

Why you need auto good receipt for SFG? In collective order is a direct production there is no inventory for SFG.

Collective order confirmation does not support the automatically goods receipt lover level as it post the consumption to the header level.

When a lower-level order in a collective order with automatic goods movements receives the status “finally confirmed”, the system automatically does the following:

•Creates a goods receipt for the lower-level order The lower-level order is credited accordingly.

•Creates a goods issue for the higher-level order The higher-level order is debited accordingly.

You don’t need to enter this goods movement yourself –it is generated automatically at the time of final confirmation.

Hello,

It depends on whether the order is with or without goods movements -> Indicator in Customizing Transaction OPJH ‘Coll.order with goods movement’: this decides whether the 101/261 movements should happen automatically in background or should be posted.

Thanks for your reply.

I have already referred your old post which you have shared with me.

But in our business case they want auto goods receipt when they do the SFG confirmation for the child material.

which is not allowing me to do, Is there any other way to do the same?
