Hello Experts,
I have successfully activated BC sets required for automatic generation of packaging items during GI from EWM. However, packaging item is not getting generated.
Below settings is configured to achieve this
1) Automatic generation configuration in EWM

2) Created packaging material type Y001 in ERP and in EWM

3) Delivery type and Item category determination in ERP.

4) Uploaded stock in table SCWM/GMBIN_DET and stock is uploaded in required Bin.

Stock in Monitor

5) Packaging material type Y001 and Hu types are maintained in product.

6) Packaging material type configuration.

Despite, these settings, still packaging items are not created in delivery in EWM. Is any more things needs to be done?
Appreciate your reply
Best regards

Hi,
in step 4 (Goods Movement Bin Determination) I would try with "B Only determined from Stocks". Because frankly, I have no clue what "Determination Table" is used.
And:
- the settings in step 6 have no relevance. This is only for creation of items in ERP by ERP control (which does not work with EWM), and the "GenerateDlvItems" field is relevant for transportation only anyway.
- the "Usage" in step 3 must be PACE. Again, PACK is only is the item generation is triggered from ERP.

And it is EWM. NOT eWM - Duh!
And if your question includes the word "transfer order" - do NOT tag the question with Extended Warehouse Management!

Hi,
all the settings are in ERP are not important, as long as you do not have a material created in the EWM FDO. This should happen in the moment when you create the FDO from the PDO. After picking and packing. You have packed, have you...?

P.S. also the "Gen. pack.matl.item" is not important, it is not used (anyway, AFAIK this flag does never do anything...).
