I wanted to know if there is any tool out there which can automatically fetch me error logs when I get assigned a problem ticket or incident. I get my incidents via email.
I noticed in several projects that the admins get tickets via email and then the 1st thing in most cases is to go to the back end system and look for more details in the error logs which allows you to take next steps.
Is there a way to automate this 1st manual step ?
It will be nice to get a problem ticket and a tool that automatically fetches the corresponding error logs for your ticket and emails it to you.
Have any others faced this problem and how did you solve it ?
