Automatic credit control area - Default values OB45

Hi Experts,

my customer tranforms from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. In the old system, the credit controll area (FD32) was created automatically by maintain the default values in OB45 (credit limit and risk category).

We did the same in S/4 but the credit controll area (UKM000) was not created automatically when a new customer was created (000000 & FLCU000).

Does OB45 still work with FSCM - Credit Management and Business Partner in S4 or further customizing is neccessary?

thanks for your answer. This is Tcode OB45 I already maintained. Additionally the credit control area and the credit segment are linked. But it doesn't work unfortunately.

Create a default rule and set a limit for the rule in the segment

Hope this helps. I don't know if it would be too fixed for credit.
