Automatic create STO from SO

Can any one help me for get configurations steps about automatic create STO from SO

I have 2 physical locations first one 11DC for create SO and in this time haven't any stock and sconed place 11DA the stock already exist here, what I mean I need when we went to confirm schedule line in SO system initiate STO automatic from 11DA to 11DC.

In SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, automatic creation of a Stock Transport Order from a Sales Order is not a standard “out‑of‑the‑box” function. To achieve this, you need to configure cross‑plant stock determination and supply assignment so that when the sales order is confirmed in plant 11DC, the system recognizes stock availability in plant 11DA and triggers a replenishment process (via purchase requisition → STO). This typically requires Advanced ATP (aATP) with Alternative Plant Assignment and MRP‑based STO creation rather than a direct SD‑to‑MM link.

Yes, I did it and when I went to do PGI for replenishment outbound I found error message ( Sales order stock 140003201 000010 does not exist ) FYI SO created PR and then toked this as a reference and generate STO after that went to create outbound delivery but facing issue in PGI

Can't we use MRP to create stock transfer requirements in S/4HANA Public Cloud?
