Hello Experts,
We are implementing delivery based production scenario where there is only 1 EWM managed storage location and 1 availability group 002.Currently I am facing 2 issues.
My staging process is working fine, after release of production order system is creating an outbound delivery with movement type 411 which is distributed to EWM system. Since this delivery is relevant for picking, so we conduct /SCWM/IM_PC - Delivery Processing -> Posting Change -> Maintain Posting Change, create a WT and confirm it. The outbound delivery is automatically 411 goods movement posted. This process is working perfect.
1) However, when I conduct the execution part of production order, confirming it by C015, system creates 2 deliveries, one inbound delivery for Header material and one consumption delivery for BOM components.
But system directly creates 101 mvt in ERP, as per standard SAP, system should create Inbound delivery entries in CO14 and but in my case Inbound delivery is replaced directly at time of Production confirmation.Inbound delivery link in CO14 should be replaced after Usr confirms the WT and GR in EWM.

2) My Automatic consumption delivery is also failing as no GI is happening in CP delivery at time of creation.
Here is CP delivery. Status is A,

Inbound delivery header material.

Configuration:

Could you please help me out where I missing to achieve these above mentioned issues?
Appreciate your reply

Hello Experts,
I have solved the problem. I will soon write a blog on EWM PP staging and confirmation process using classic delivery as communication object between ERP and EWM. There is no blog on EWM PP interface as of now.
