Automatic Calculation or Refresh of Data in Excel

Currently I have to save data in Excel to see changes to a calculated key figures update.

Let's say I have several manual forecast input key figures that are configured to calculate into a Total Forecast key figure.  As the users are typing and hitting "Enter" or tabbing to the next period or combination I want to see the Total Forecast key figure automatically update real time without having to first hit Save Data.

Where do set this to occur automatically, or what are the steps if configured in multiple places (i.e. IBP and/or Excel template).

Hi Ryan,

You can use 'simulate' button which is available next to save to locally simulate the changes done in input key figures and see the impact on calculated kf.

After this you can save the data,if satisfied with the result. Else refresh the planning view to get back the original value.
