Automatic Agentry Work Manager Notifications without Sync

SAP Experts,

I have a question about standard functionality in Agentry Work Manager. Is it possible to generate an automatic notification that pops up on tablets when any changes to a notification or work order are made? My client wants to know if they can have a notice generated, whenever changes were made to a work order/notification, WITHOUT syncing their tablets.

I am thinking this can be developed to send out an alert any time a change document is created for a work order, but would like to know if this is possible in standard-delivered Work Manager.

Yes, the Work Manager product contains push functionality to perform this function. You will need to enable it for your environment and possibly make configuration changes depending on your business needs for the conditions that will trigger the push. Please refer to the SAP Work Manager Configuration Guide, Section 7.13 for more information on working with pushes.

Hi Colin,

We have standard push functionality in work manager that will automatically sync notifications and work orders when created with a high priority in back end.
