Hello Freinds,

we are in explore phase of our project for S/4 HANA CLoud TM. I have given demo to client on scope item 6W2, 6W3 and 6W4. CLient says that it is too much of manual work to do in FO for e.g one has to do manual activity "setting to ready for Transport execution " and also create "delivery manually by clicking "create delivery button" and also manually add events like check in, check out etc and also manually enter procuring company code, purchase org.

How can we automate the above. I could not find standard batch jobs for delivery creation and "ready for Transp execution status". Can someone point out if the batch job exists ?

ANy pointers how check in check out and purchase org etc can be automated without users to manually  enter them ?

iam of the view S/4 HANA cloud is for those customers who agree on fit to standard but  in our case, things are but different.

Dear Sar,

We also have OData API's to update  "setting to ready for Transport execution ", manually add events like check in and check out etc.

Please refer the API link

Hello Amita, Thnx for the reply. Two questions.

1) Aren't API used to exhange data between our s/4 hana public cloud system and an external third party system ? You mean the API can be used to perform actions within our own system wihtout any external system involved ? ALso how API will know when to set status to "ready for Transportation execution "

2) If I want to auto populate Procuring company code, Purchase org in FO/FB, is there an API for the same or can I create some Z table with shipping point and corresponding Comp code and purchase org to be updated in FO/FB using a BADI
