Auto-schedule using OPTIMIZE_ON_CREATE fails if request has multiple activities

Hi,

We have imported the standard auto-schedule business rule "OPTIMIZE_ON_CREATE" and our FSM system is integrated to ERP.

When FSM get request with one activity it will be auto-scheduled as expected.

When FSM get request with two activities the business rule will be triggered twice. The first business rule will auto-schedule the activity as expected. The second business rule will fail with error "CA-189: Invalid custom rule [409 Scheduling process currently ongoing]" and the activity will not be auto-scheduled.

I am not sure what goes wrong, but the first business rule blocks the second business rule. Probably because both activities are related to the same service call.

Is it somehow possible to add a condition to check if the service call is blocked? Or can the business rule be updated to take both activities at the same time - I can see the auto-schedule API support this.

Trigger is based on "On Object Create or Upload Create from ERP Connector" event and its not an option to choose sync og async execution, but my guess is that its sync.
