Authorization Problem (Message no. /SAPAPO/CDPSPRESENTA041)

Hello Dear Friends,

The user has sap_all and sap_new authorization profiles. While working on the "/SAPAPO/CDPS0" transaction code in the system, an information screen appears with the following authorization message. There was no negative result in the authorization trace work done by Basis (no missing or incorrect authorization object appears). As the process steps, the following are applied.

The system we use is S4/HANA 1909 SPS2 / HDB 2.00.051.

Tcode: /SAPAPO/CDPS0

We continue with F8 and after a short wait, the screen below appears. We continue with the "Yes" option and the authorization message (warning / error) screen we received appears.

I searched for the message number "/SAPAPO/CDPSPRESENTA041". However, I could not find any notes or documents.

You do not have the authorization to display all selected products

Message no. /SAPAPO/CDPSPRESENTA041

System Response

The products for which you do not have authorization are removed from the selection, and are not displayed in the detailed scheduling planning board.

How can we solve this problem or can I get support if someone has experience ?

Hello,

This could be due to you are selecting all the data, and you do not have authorization for all resource and products.

Please execute planning board with "Selected Resources" option.
