I am using AUTHORITY_CHECK_TCODE in code to check authorization for VF01. But auth object is not appearing in su24.

Hermant,

not all auth objects that are required by a tcode are maintained in SU24. Therefore, you have the possibility to update SU24 and add missing values accordingly. Please remember, SAP delivers authorization proposals in SU22 which you then can copy to your authorization proposal database in SU24.

SU24 is customer specific and hence you can make changes as you wish.
