Hello Experts,
We have 2 Demand Planning Areas with 000 vesion and 1 SNP Planning Area with Multiple versions.
We have different roles created for demand planners based on the planning area they access.
In SNP we have Z-Codes where users need to make changes in XXX and YYY version and Display in "000" Version.
Because edit access is given in DP at 000 version, users are able to get change access to Z-Codes and SDP94 for SNP Planning Books in "000" Version too...
Is there any custom object to be created to avoid the conflict or standard solution available ?

Please create separate role for DP and SNP.
This can be separated based on Planning area. Use the authorization object C_APO_FUN where you can differentiate DP and SNP planning area.
So as you will have different roles with these separate planning area, you can control them to change version only for specific planing area and for other i.e. SNP planning area you can create roles according to versions.
I am not APO Authorization expert think this would solve your problem. Please let us know if this information helps and let us know if you require any additional information.
