ATP check in delivery

I have a question，when i start using the atp in sales order and delivery note

example：

stock ：30 pc

SO1：40 PC

SO2：30 PC

and the Scope of availability Check of order with Replenishment Lead Time，so two orders confirmed quantity。

i hope when i create delivery note by SO1，the delivery ATP check confirmed 30 pc quantity。if i create delivery note by SO2，the delivery atp check confirmed 0 pc。

but now i create deliverynote by SO1.message there is no availability quantity。
