Hello.

In EWM  has Assignment Table for Fixed Bins - Product /SCWM/LAGP.

Question.

As a similar assignment is implemented in the module WM?

Hi

WM

1. In WM, you can assign fixed bin to material master in MM02 transaction , WM2 view.
2. You can assign only one storage bin as fixed bin to a material master.
3. It is not necessary that storage type to which storage bin belongs must have put away strategy fixed bin.
4. There is no separate transaction where you can assign fixed bin to material master , except MM02. It will update table MLGT.
5. One bin can be assigned to many materials as fixed bin.

EWM

1. There is transaction to assign/delete/maintain fixed bin assignment to a warehouse product master.
2. You can assign as many as many as storage bins as fixed bins to a product master.
3. Put away strategy must be fixed bin for storage type to which storage bins belong.
4. One storage bin can't be assigned as fixed bin to more than one product.
