Assignment of HU into outbound delivery manually

Hi all ,

Sometimes , we need an assignment HU into outbound delivery manually when HU is located storage bin (unpicked). However, outbound delivery has warehouse task without this HU.

Is it possible ?

It is not possible in standard. The HU gets associated to ODO via picking task only.

Hi Mehmet,

What kind of assignment HU/ODO do you need that cannot be solved by picking? In EWM, you can pick the HU and leave it on the original bin (or move it around your warehouse, from resources to work centers again to bins... everything is possible by using HU warehouse tasks). You don't need to have a picked HU on a staging area necessarily. Picked HU only means that it has an assignment to an ODO and is not available for any other ODO unless you cancel picking first.
