Assign Forecast Model at Aggregate Level

We have a Forecast and History KF at "Prod-Loc-Cust" level. We are able to assign the forecast model at Prod-Loc-Cust level in the

"Assign Forecast Model" App but unable to assign at aggregate level for example Product Loc level in the App.

We are able to successful the run the statistical forecast at aggregate level interactively in the IBP Excel Addin.

Is Forecast and History key figures at Prod-Loc level (Planning Level) aggregation maintained in key figure calculations (Base Planning at Prod-Loc-Cust)?

Remove the Prod-Loc-Cust assignment and create at Prod-Loc level and check once again. If it not working share the key figure screen shots.
