ARM material inspection reference on EWM stock

Hi,

We have S4H Embedded EWM (2020) solution. In GR process of ARM return from customer, system does not create ARM material inspection reference on EWM stock even if there is indicator `E-Activities for ARM customer returns` on field `Control for Activities Quality Inspection` at EWM return delivery.

That`s why system can`t process posting change delivery in EWM which is triggered from Hana after ARM material inspection process. System can`t find the stock in EWM to process because stock doesn`t have inspection lot reference.

Why system can`t set ARM inspection lot (type F) on EWM stock ?
