Ariba: Text getting concatenated

Hi team,

I need to populate text in Ariba PO from so10.However the texts are all getting concatenated.

I have done below steps:

1.Maintained text in S010.

2.And created code such that Read_Text is used to populate the IDOC segment.

3.Created PO.

4.In Ariba PO the text are concatenated.

How to overcome the issue,I need space and line break.Kindly suggest.

Header details combined with point 1.
