Are there best practices for user authorization configuration in SAP IBP?

My customer started the journey into SAP IBP. They are now wondering if there would be some best practice document available which describes experiences for setup of business roles apart from just copying and adjusting the template business roles. These roles seem to be to generic for them. If there is some experience you can share that would be great.

There is s role being shipped with the RDS solution as a starting point, but not very detailed

But the template roles themselves that are available in the system are kind of best practice: Copy them and adjust the rest according to your needs
