Archiving agreement

Dear All,

Anyone know how to run the archiving process of the agreement? How to set the status as "Archived"?

Could the "Archived" agreement be used for charge calculation?

I try to run the T-CODE "SARA", but don't work. It would be better that there is the step by step guideline.

Dear All,

The draft process of the archiving agreement is as below.

1.Set/Get Parameter Id ‘/BOFU/ARCH_DAC ‘ and set parameter value to ‘X’.

2.SARI Activate archive info structure:/SCMTMS/FAG

3.Check agreement creation and set status to ‘deactivated’

4.SARA Change the archiving status
