Process order not sync between APO and ECC(Date and Time Mismatch):
Below are the steps we followed and our observation below :
1. While Creating a Planned Order from /SAPAPO/RRP3 in the APO system.
2. Set the Conversion Indicator in the /SAPAPO/RRP4 for the Planned Order and save the Planned Order
3. Select the Converted Planned Order and change it into Process Order.
4. Process Order will be created by saving the results and we are seeing the discrepancy in the Availability Date and
Time between RRP3 in APO and MD04 in ECC.
5. These above steps is applicable for the Process Order in the Created state.
6. For the Process Order in the Released state , please flag the Order for release in the ECC system and the
same released status needs to be updated in the APO system.
7. We are seeing the difference in the Availability dates for the both Created and Released Process orders.
Note: Order is getting stuck in CCR and unable to reconcile the order eventhough there is no error queue and no error logs
captured in SLG1. Order is created in the time of the respective location. For few of the activities defined in the operation we could not see setup group in APO . One line Issue :Difference in the availability date and time of the process order in ECC and APO
