Hello experts,
i found that planned orders 'PP firmed', with fixed date and quantity, are rescheduled by the system. As far as i know, this should be not possible at all. We suspect that is related to CTP check, because the material are finished parts. When the Sales order in entered or changed, sometimes the fixed operation of planned orders of the same part number are rescheduled. The PP is 3, product euristic SAP_PP_002, CTP uses standard CTP heuristic. SAP_PP_CTP. Both of these heuristic should not change the scheduling of fixed operations when they run.
I found nothing in OSS.
Please advice.
Thanks.

Hello,
Use BAdI /SAPAPO/RRP_IO_CHECK in order to restrict the fixed operation of planned orders rescheduling.
Or fix firming between the demand and supply can also help you to restict reschedule of planned of same materail.

Hello all,
i'm not able to solve this problem. Planned orders with fixed date flag, and so PP-firmed, are rescheduled by standard heuristic SAP_PP_002, but not everytime the MRP runs.
Is this a standard behaviuor? In which situations operation with 'fixed date' flag can be rescheduled by an heuristic?
Please advice, it is really urgent.
thanks.
