APO planning book safety day

This is screen shot from my previous job where you can manullay alter the safety days supply within planning book.I would like to to do the same in my current job what set up steps I should take, please advise transaction or screen code if possible.

Hello gamera

Go to the design mode of the planning book, select the required KF and right click, you will get multiple option and one such option is "Input/Output. Select that option, save the planning book in design mode and come back to the normal mode.
