APO GATP BOPI (Interactive) is not allocating the stock to a sales order?

Dear APO Gurus,

All of a sudden from last week the orders are allocating and not getting retain with the stock after saving. After entering the order quantity and hit enter system provides a message " 0601243001/00010: The product allocation from 11/28/2016 has been over assigned by 1 EA" after clicking on save button it says as changes have not yet been completely updated and after refreshing it givens another message as changes have been completely updated and the allocated quantity becomes zero. We have implemented the notes (1810594, 1785595 and 1731759), but still the system is giving the same error message.

Can somebody please respond as soon as possible with your suggestions ?

Hello Nikhil,

Yes we have implemented with no luck but the issue was with product hierarchy. It was fixed.

Have you implemented all the prerequisite notes as mentioned in these notes.
