APO DP Screen SDP94 is Frozen

Hi Experts,

One of the user is facing below issue. We already reinstalled latest SAPMGUI but no change. Please help as left area is coming as blank.

Hello,

If Windows DPI (magnification) higher than 100% is used, the scrollbars in /SAPAPO/SDP94 might be missing and it is due to SAP GUI for Windows. Please refer the SAP note on it 2361871 - APO GRID: Scroll Bars disabled for the higher DPI

As per SAP KBA 2194166 - SDP selector cannot be resized.

Resolution as suggested by the note

Remove the user specific record from table /SAPAPO/SHSDPUSR.

Apply the latest SAP GUI patch available at the SAP Support Portal
