APO-DP, Can Proportional Factor and Forecasting Run on Navigational Attribute.

Hi All,

We have a material group as navigational attribute for which we want to do Statistical Forecasting.

Can anybody answer if proportional factor run for the navigational attribute as they are not the part of CVC's and further to that, can forecast will be executed taking navigational attribute.

I don't get 100% what you want to achieve. However I try to answer your question.

Yes, forecasting can be executed on navigation attribute level. However the calculated forecast will be broken down to the lowest level of granularity which can be persisted in LC. And those are actually "just" the characteristics.

BTW: Just check the background job settings. There you can find nav. attributes in the aggregation level setting as well.
