APO CIF LOCK not released

Hello all,

sometimes happens that CIF queues from ECC to APO does not release the lock after the change. The lock is in SM12 in APO. Due to this, next queue regarding the same object stops because the object it want to change is already locked. If you delete manually the locks, next queue creates it again

I do not understand why this happens. It rarely happens, but when this occurs the only solution we found is to restart apo system. After this, problem is solved.

Do you have any idea why this happen?

is it an object specific lock? Does it occur for transaction or master data? IS the CIF process parallelized?
