Hello Sap Gurus ,
How are you?
I need your help with ATP check confirmation outside checking Horizon.
My client needs to perform ATP check considering "CONFIRMATION at CHECKING HORIZON" using ATP Group (A) and for orders outside horizon, perform the confirmation with checking requirements and receipts elements and not confirm without check as into standard.
Ex:
Inside Horizon we will consider for confirmation Stock , Purchase Requisition and STR for orders outside horizon we will confirm against Stock and Purchase Requisitions.
For same Product x Location It is possible to perform ATP Check "A" if order is inside horizon or ATP Check "B" if order is outside horizon ?
Thank You
MJ
Request clarification before answering.
For your first requirement - simply configure the Check Control (SPRO>APO>GATP>PAC>Maintain check control) for your combination of ATPgroup and event A (Sales Order check) --> under option consider CH as "no checking horizon". This has the effect that (G)ATP will keep checking requirements and receipts until the end of the demand element currently present (will ignore the checking horizon since you want to check against stock and receipts anyway). Any demand element which cannot be covered will remain unconfirmed in this case.
In regards to "A" and "B" - to me it sound like you are mixing the ATPgroup (/SAPAPO/MATLOC-MTVFP) and the Business event. A sales order always uses event "A" in combination with the ATPgroup in the product master (lets say A1) - the combination of A1-A defines the scope of check and what is in and out to be considered. A different ATP check at the end of the checking horizon is not possible (unless you modify / use on of the available UserExits in GATP).
