Alternative Unit of Measure / Base Unit of Measure

hi, I have a problem. Our base UoM is 1 piece, this is how we sell and purchase items, but for a warehouse we would like to set additional units. E.g. we purchased 100 pcs, it was delivered on 1 pallet with 10 cartons, each carton contain 10 pcs. We would like to invoice when sell in pcs, but if customer will order 32 pcs, for the picking (also for replanishment and other internal activities) we woluld like to see 3 catrons to be picked and 2 pcs. How to set it in the system?
