Alternate resources (via WC classification)not creating multiple modes in PDS

Dear Experts, 

We are trying to create the possibility to re-schedule production orders on alternate resources in ePPDS via WC classification. Following are the steps done but the PDS do not have multiple modes for each alternate WC. 

1. WCs are classified via a 019 classification 

2. All WCs are CIF'ed 

3. BoM, Routing (Standard WC), PV created and CIF'ed 

4. Only one mode is visible in the PDS. 

We looked at the validity dates of the characteristic, classification, routings etc. and still cannot identify the root-cause. 

Looking forward to read your opinions and advice on how to set this up in the system.

Hi Sandeep,

kindly check note 2469590 Alternative resources from work center classification not updated in the PDS in APO (Product Data Structure) which explain what needs to be done.
I do hope that you have no simply copied to WC as the AUSP entries needs to have the correct classification stored on the different WCs in order to be able to transfer the different modes on the WC.

Hello Smax, Thanks for your response. I have gone through the Note and looks like I am following the right steps but somehow I miss the final result. I will however try to replicate steps again and hopefully get to the final result of getting alternate mode in the PDS. Thanks again and i will come back with the results.
