Agentry User Roles in Work Manager Application

Dear All,

I am working on SAP Work Manager 6.4, SMP 3.0 SP12 PL3.

I have a requirement to enable or disable certain functionality in Work Manager application based on the user role.

Suppose a user is a supervisor then certain functionalities will be enabled, then if the user is a planner or technician other functionalities will be enabled/disabled for them.

As far as my information , in Syclo the information related to user roles are not captured.

Please correct me if I am wrong. Also is there a way we can handle this.

Please suggest your views on this.

Hi Subash,

Thanks , I got the details, that in admin we can assign roles like a user is technician or supervisor , etc

I shall explore more on this.
