agentry application - Room field is not updated in SAP when agentry transmit

Hi,

We are using SMP 3.0 SP03 and iphone as end device.

there is a requirement to add ROOM field to agentry application, We have made the screen enhancements, transactions update in agentry. created a new property for room field.

and java code to transmit to SAP.

But still log is not updated with the new property and value is not updated in SAP.

Please help. Thank you.

Hi,

Verify whether the data is storing in transaction properties through ATE.If yes, then verify the middle ware java code through debugging and check the field value is passed to back end.Have you encountered any errors..
