Advance Returns Quality Inpection Doc Remains Linked in SAP EWM After Inspection

Hi,

I am working on Advance returns management on sap ewm and have the below issue:

After inspection the Quality Inspection number remains linked to the stock.

Here is a screenshot of a bin after inspection where the stock was cleared to return into distribution. The inspection document shows inspected (screen shot below) but the inspection document remains attached.

Below is the returns overview for the inspection doc where you can see the inspection is marked as completed.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I have implemented almost all notes related to this issue in this system.
