Address from Object Activity does not have detailed address information

For our SAP B1 linked databases address linked to an activity does not have detailed address informations.

F.e. the postal code is empty, because in SAP B1 the activity does not have that field.
But the information is available in BP addresses, Equipment Card etc. (in SAP B1).

Is there a way that those values will be added automatically? (perhaps a missing UDF in SAP B1) or a simple way to solve this?

We are using the HTML offline report and having issues by printing the correct address, because the HTML template is building the address based on ServiceCall.activities.[0].address.

Hey Alex,

if I understood you correctly, you want to have the zipcode part of the address also available on activity level. This can be achieved with a UDF - we have a detailed explanation in the following KBA:

I think that should cover your requirement.
