Additional Time Levels on IBP Time Profile

I am trying to add a 445 Month, Quarter and Year to a new Time Profile. It has been 6 years since I needed to setup a TP like this, so I am probably missing something basic.

When I attempt to add the 445 Month, i get an error like in the attached picture.

I tried removing the Qtr and Year and then adding the 445, so that the month's would be grouped together and then I would do the same for Qtr and Year - same result.

Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?
