Adding stock to a bin in EWM

Hello together,

I have a question regarding adding stock to a storage bin in EWM. To put stock into a storage bin you can customize the system in a way so that after creating a sales order and creating an inbound delivery the document will be distributed to EWM. That is the normal inbound process.

In the EWM you can carry out the warehouse-related tasks like doing the putaway by using e.g. the storage type search sequence.

Furthermore i read that there is the possibility to carry out the report /SCWM/R_INITIALSTOCKUPLOAD.

Is there another possibility to add stock to a storage bin in EWM?

Hi,

If the bin is already having stock then you can increase the stock using the /SCWM/ADGI by posting with -Ve Qty , but if the bin is empty then the standard way is to add with Initial stock upload (/SCWM/ISU) how ever for one of my client we did a development & provided the option to add stock in /SCWM/ADGI even there is no entry so when user add stock with this option it will be posted wth 552 to ECC,
