In our case we created Rate Tables and linked them in a Calculation Sheet, which is linked to a Freight Agreement. The freight costs are calculated in the freight order according to the Freight Agreement and everything works as intended.
However, in the future the carrier will temporarily raise his prices by 30 %.
One possible solution to implement this would be to raise the prices in the relevant Rate Table by 30 %, but a simpler solution would be preferable, since the exact percantage might change again. Would it, for example, be possible to add the surcharge in the Caluculation Sheet, where the percentage could easily and quickly be changed?

Hi Rogerio,
I think you're referring to a new item in the Calculation Sheet in the second possibility. Could you please describe how that new line needs to be configured to add a percentage based surcharge to another item?
Regards,
Tim
Edit: Nevermind, I got it to work. I needed to define a rate table (value type "Percentage Value" and Calculation Type "Absolute") and for the Dates and Values use the Currency "%". Then I went back to my Calculation Sheet and added an item with that rate Table. Again with the Currency "%" and using the value 10 for "Ref.-From" and 0 for "Ref.-To"

Hi Tim,
you can have different approach for the requirement, one is to use the same rate table and in the Tab dates and Values, insert the Valid from - Valid to, with the new price, in this case the new price will only take in considering once the new period come.
Second possibility is to use a new charge type and referring to the the charge line "I mean the first charge type which contain the prices" in this sub charge considering by Percentage (%).

Rogerio
