Adding a field in pop-up screen UDM_SUPERVISOR

Business requirement : In TCode : UDM_SUPERVISOR

Requirement 1) In below Pop-up Selection Screen business want to add field “Business Partner”.

Based on the business Partner entered on selection screen, data need to be extracted and display in Worklist.

we where able to achieve by implementing BADI/Enhancement. But facing issue with first requirement i.e. adding field in popup window - Selection screen. Please let us know if any BADI/Enahancement is there for this or we need to go for Zprogram. If Zprogram then what are the complexities that we need to face. Please advise on this.

Did you get to resolve this issue? I am looking to add a new button in the ALV display/ screen. Did you get to find any BADI for your issue?
