Added MARA-MSTAE field in CFM1 using SAP Note No. 518274 not working

Hello Experts,

I have implemented the SAP Note 518274 and followed each and every step. But I am facing issues as below.

The multiple selection icon is not coming up.

I have made an entry in the CIFSELOPT table as below.

And if I click on the Multiple Selection Icon and give some values, it goes to dump failing to assign icon.

Need some help as I followed every step here.
